In order to meet these requirements and minimize the costs of renting a warehouse, registration company in Germany, renting an office and postal address, hiring staff, etc., it is necessary to conclude a commission agreement with a German fulfilment partner.

As mentioned earlier, a Russian exporter cannot register accounts on most
marketplaces using a Russian legal entity. Therefore, after the execution of this agreement, the fulfilment partner will be able to create seller accounts on the sites for its own legal entity in Germany for the sale of the product. Moreover, the fulfilment partner will be able to: store the goods; deliver the goods from its German warehouse to the end consumer; serve customers through its own call centre; send revenue to the Russian company-exporter using Swift.

GETTING A EORI AND VAT NUMBERS BY A RUSSIAN COMPANY
The EORI number is a number necessary for work, which
is used on the customs territory of the European Union and
is assigned by the customs authorities to the exporting company
or another person for registration for customs purposes. This number is required for the import of a significant amount of goods into the territory of the European Union, which is necessary for sale on closed marketplaces.
